  • For pieces available in stock 3-5 working days, however custom pieces can take up to 2-3 weeks.

  • All our orders will be delivered by Royal Mail

  • If you wish to cancel an order you must contact us immediately, to determine whether the order has been dispatched or not. Where the item has been dispatched you will need to return the item to us, and you will be responsible for paying the cost of returning the items. Where items have not been dispatched prior to a cancellation request, our refund policy will apply. Where you have ordered a personalised item, you may not be able to cancel to obtain a full refund.

  • All our orders come with a care card and a free polishing cloth, therefore this will keep your pieces looking clean and shiny. Ideally store your AYAH jewellery in a dry, cool, clean place.

  • Yes, AYAH prides itself on our tarnish free jewellery so you can wear it all the time without having to worry about it changing colour or rusting. AYAH jewellery is made from the highest quality including sterling silver and 18k plated gold.
