3. Order Acceptance: We reserve the right to accept or reject any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in product descriptions or pricing, or suspicion of fraudulent activity, system or procurement failure, or if you have failed customer validation checks.
3.1 Once you have placed an order you will receive an email confirming the details of your order, this email does not confirm that you order has been accepted until your goods have been dispatched.
3.2 Whilst care is taken to ensure that we display as accurately as possible appearances, colours, textures or finishes, what you will see on your computer/mobile device may differ and so we cannot guarantee that images are an accurate representation of the actual goods or services that you are purchasing.
4. SHIPPING & DELIVERY
4.1. Shipping: We will make reasonable efforts to ship your order to the address provided within the estimated timeframe. Shipping costs and delivery times may vary depending on your location and the selected shipping method, items could be delayed in being received in circumstances beyond our control (such as courier delay or at busy times).
4.2. Delivery: The risk of loss or damage to products passes to you upon delivery. Please inspect your package upon receipt and report any issues to us within 7 days.
5. RETURNS AND REFUNDS/ ORDER CANCELLATION

Where the item has been dispatched you will need to return the item to us, and you will be responsible for paying the cost pf returning the items. Where items have not been dispatched prior to a cancellation request, our refund policy will apply. Where you have ordered a personalised item, you may not be able to cancel for a full refund.
