1. RETURNS

 

1.1. Eligibility: You may return any unused and undamaged jewellery product purchased from AYAH ADORNMENTS within 5 days from the date of delivery.

 

1.2. Conditions: To be eligible for a return the item(s) must be in its original condition, including the original packaging, and any accompanying documentation.

 

1.3. Non-Eligible Items: The following items are not eligible for return or:

Custom-made or personalized jewellery.

Items that show signs of wear, misuse, or damage not caused by manufacturing defects.

 

2. HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN

 

2.1. Contact Us: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@ayahadornments.com within 2 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number, a brief description of the reason for the return or exchange, and clear photos (if applicable) to support your request.

 

2.2. Return Authorisation: Once your request is approved, we will provide you with Return Authorisation instructions on how to return the item(s). Please do not return any items without first authorisation.

 

3. RETURN SHIPPING

 

3.1. Return Shipping Costs: You are responsible for the cost of shipping returned items to us. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method to ensure safe and documented delivery.

 

3.2. Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will provide instructions on how to return the item, and we will cover the return shipping costs.

 

4. REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

 

4.1. Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s) and they meet the eligibility criteria, we will process a refund to the original payment method within 7 working days.

 

4.2. We do not offer exchanges in any circumstances, except at the discretion of our customer service team.

 

5. RESTOCKING FEE

 

We do not charge a restocking fee for eligible returns.
